Fashion Photo Shoot (OOH / Print)

High-end fashion stills production for a seasonal campaign – studio build, full crew, and final assets for OOH and print.
My role: Producer

Produced a fashion still shoot end-to-end: scoped the build and logistics, crewed up (photo, styling, HMU, set/props, digi-tech), locked studio and schedule, and ran a tight on-set workflow for fast look changes and clean selects. Managed call sheets, load-in/out, set build, styling cadence, approvals, and post handoff (retouch pipeline, file naming, print-ready deliverables). The goal was simple: premium looks, no chaos, and assets that are ready for outdoor and print standards.
