My role: Producer

Produced the OLV end-to-end: bid and schedule, crew and vendor holds, studio + art build, casting, and a clean on-set workflow built for fashion pacing (fast resets, multiple looks, precise blocking). Ran production logistics, call sheets, run-of-show, and approvals, keeping the shoot efficient while protecting the visual standard. Handled the post pipeline handoff and delivery requirements – edit, sound, color, graphics where needed, plus cutdowns/versions for different placements and aspect ratios.
