I’m a producer first with a director background, with 12+ years of experience managing high-end commercial and animation projects.
I run projects end-to-end: from the first bid and schedule to delivery and wrap.
On the producing side, I handle line producing and bridging the gap between agencies/brands and production teams from preprod to post-production pipelines (CGI, VFX) and delivery specs. I scope jobs, build budgets, manage crews and vendors, lock locations, and keep complex shoots on time and on budget across different countries. I love solving problems and organizing chaos into spreadsheets without drama. I’m actually so obsessed with workflow efficiency that I built my own JS-based estimate tool to accelerate bidding and track actuals (you can check it out here).
As a director, I focus on clear, fast storytelling for commercials and branded content. My editing background helps me make tighter decisions on set and shoot only what the cut really needs. This mix lets me remove friction in the whole pipeline.
